Bill Healy Crystal
A Craftsman for all Seasons
Flemington shoppers in search of unique craftsmanship need look no farther than Bill Healy Crystal, Inc. Since 1991 Bill Healy has operated his quietly successful, family business at 110 Broad Street. With his son, Bill, Jr., and his wife, Michelle, Bill has seen his company grow from a small workshop into a two- story, modem business, replete with administrative offices and an elegant showroom.
Born, raised and educated in Ireland, Bill Healy learned his craft at world famous Waterford Crystal in the early 1970s. He subsequently gained valuable marketing experience at Lenox Crystal after moving to the United States in 1989. Today Bill remains one of only twelve master crystal cutters and one of six crystal restoration specialists in the country.
Among local businesses, Bill prefers to maintain a low profile. He lets his artistry and his craftsmanship speak for themselves. And how loudly they speak. Bill once carved a crystal Stetson cowboy hat for former President Ronald Reagan and a crystal tennis racquet for Boris Becker. In addition to a bevy of corporate clients that includes such well known companies as AT&T, 3M, Johnson & Johnson, Merck Industries, Johanna Foods, and Merrill Lynch, Bill finds time to provide the Flemington Orioles with hand crafted, engraved pieces that players receive at the team's annual awards dinner.
Bill's work includes original pieces and high-quality, affordable stemware, gifts for special occasions, hand cut crystal chandeliers, lamps, and other accents for the home. We hope that all of our fans and readers will make a point of it to visit Bill Healy Crystal, this season and every season.
